Switching plans

Only the owner can switch plans, via Settings > Subscription.

Upgrading (for example from Team to Pro):

• applies immediately in;
• you pay immediately the difference for the rest of your current term.

So you see an additional payment when you upgrade. That is not a mistake.

Downgrading (for example from Pro to Team):

• applies at the end of your paid period;
• until then you keep all features of your current plan.
