Working time registration

Soon every employer will have to record working time. With Finito, you already do.

The federal government wants general registration of working time from 1 January 2027. There will be no mandatory time clock, but a system that is objective, reliable and accessible. Under the preliminary draft, you have until the end of March 2027 to comply.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to book a meeting or enter a credit card?
No. You create an account yourself and start right away. The first 30 days, everything is free, with no credit card.
Can I still change my hours?
As an employee you can change your hours on the day itself. Forgot something from an earlier day? Ask the owner, who can always make changes. The original entry stays visible.
Does Finito also calculate overtime pay?
No. Finito delivers the hours by type, per employee per day. Your social secretariat calculates the premiums.
Does Finito create invoices?
No, by design. Finito gets the hours ready per client and project. Invoicing, Peppol included, happens in your own accounting software.
What happens after the 30 days?
Choose Team or Pro and you just carry on. Choose nothing and you drop back to Solo: only the owner can still sign in and the first 10 projects stay open. Nothing is deleted. Pick a plan later and everything is back straight away.
Is Finito ready for working time registration?
The preliminary draft doesn't prescribe a method, but requires a system that is objective, reliable and accessible. Finito records every hour with the timer, logs every change, and every employee sees their own hours. The final text of the law is not settled yet, so check your own situation with your social secretariat. More on working time registration 2027.
Which languages does Finito support?
The app works in Dutch, French and English. You pick the language when you sign in, and by default Finito uses your device's language. So a French-speaking colleague simply works in French. Your data is stored in the EU and you can export everything whenever you like.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Finito can be cancelled monthly. If you pay yearly, your subscription runs until the end of that year.
