What Finito costs, and what you get

Q: Can I switch plans later?

Yes. As the owner, in Finito, under Settings > Subscription, you choose a different formula and pay via Mollie. If you choose a higher formula, it is applied immediately and you pay the difference immediately for the remainder of the period. If you choose a lower formula, you keep your current formula until the end of the paid period. Finito is monthly cancelable, so you are not tied to anything.

Team costs €8 and Pro €11 per user per month, excl. VAT. No setup fees, no mandatory demo, cancel any month.

Which plan suits you?

Solo, the free start

For people who work alone and just want to track hours. 1 user, the timer and up to 10 projects. No tasks, no planning, no export. Once someone joins, you need Team.

Team, €8 per user per month

For teams that work by the hour and want those hours to add up on the payslip too. Unlimited employees and roles, timer and timesheet, projects, tasks and templates, planning with leave, sickness, overtime and time off in lieu, client records and budgets, payroll export for your social secretariat and a log of every change.

Pro, €11 per user per month

The most popular plan for agencies that invoice. Everything in Team, plus invoicing follow-up: see per client and project what's left to invoice, and mark hours and projects as invoiced. You create the invoice itself in your own accounting software.

Worked examples

What do you pay in practice? Four examples, all excl. VAT.

A team of 6 on Pro, monthly: 6 x €11 = €66 per month. Over a year that's €792.

The same team, yearly: you pay 11 months instead of 12. That's 6 x €11 x 11 = €726 per year. You save €66, or 1 month free.

A team of 6 on Team, monthly: 6 x €8 = €48 per month, or €576 per year. Paid yearly, that's 6 x €8 x 11 = €528.

The smallest team on Team: 2 users x €8 = €16 per month. That's the minimum for Team and Pro.

What's not included

We'd rather say this up front too.

Finito doesn't calculate overtime pay or premiums. Your social secretariat does that.
Finito doesn't create invoices, not via Peppol either. You do that in your own accounting software. With Pro you do see per client and project what's left to invoice.
There are no integrations with specific software or secretariats. There is an export, which you pass on to your social secretariat yourself.
Finito works in Dutch, French and English. Everyone picks their own language when signing in.

Torn between Team and Pro?

Team has everything to record and plan your team's hours and pass them on to your social secretariat, with overtime, time off in lieu, leave and payroll export. If you invoice your hours to clients and want to see what's left to invoice, choose Pro. And from 2027 the government also wants every employer to record working time.

Frequently asked questions

Do prices include VAT?

No, all prices are excl. VAT.

Who counts as a user?

You pay per user per month. Team and Pro have a minimum of 2 users. Every active person on your team counts as a user, the owner included. People who leave and are archived no longer count. Their hours are still kept.

How does paying yearly work?

You pay for 11 months and use Finito for 12. With 6 people on Team that's €528 a year instead of €576. On Pro it's €726 instead of €792.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. You try it free for 30 days, with no meeting and no credit card.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. As the owner you pick another plan in Finito under Settings > Subscription and pay through Mollie. Upgrade, and the new plan applies straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period right then. Downgrade, and you keep your current plan until the end of the paid period. Finito can be cancelled monthly, so you're never locked in.

What happens to my data if I stop?

You can export everything whenever you like. The owner also gets an automatic export by email every month, so you always have a copy.
