Payroll export for your social secretariat

After closing, you make the payroll export: a zip file with the hours per type, per employee per day.

Types of hours in the export:

• worked;
• overtime;
• flexitime;
• additional hours;
• leave and time off in lieu.

Here's how it works:

• You send the export yourself on to your social secretariat. Finito has no direct link with a social secretariat.
• A month is never exported twice. So you can’t send it twice by accident.
• The owner also gets the export automatically by email.

Finito does not calculate wages, overtime pay or allowances. They depend on your joint committee, the employment contract and your social secretariat’s rules. Finito provides the hours, your social secretariat does the calculations.
