Leave, sick days and time off in lieu

• Leave: per day or half-day, with a balance per employee.
• Sick leave: only the date and duration. Finito never asks for medical information.
• Time off in lieu (recup): is automatically deducted from the overtime balance.

Colleagues only see that someone is absent , not why.

Absences appear in the planning automatically. So you immediately see which tasks need replanning.
