Creating clients, projects and tasks

Finito works on four levels:

1. Client: the company or person you work for. You keep their details on the client record.
2. Project: an assignment for that client, for example "New website".
3. Task: a concrete piece of work within the project, for example "Design homepage".
4. Subtask: a smaller step within a task.

Give a project a budget in hours if you want to track how much is already in it. You get an email at 80% and at 100% (see Following up budgets).

Who can create clients? By default the owner. On Pro you can give individual employees the right to create clients themselves.
