Following up budgets

Hours worked against budget per project, with an email at 80% and 100%.

Give a project a budget in hours. Finito then shows per project:

  • Worked: the registered hours;
  • Budget: the total you planned;
  • Remaining: what is left, also as a percentage.

You will automatically receive an email when 80% and at 100% of the budget.

Project leads never see cost prices. On Pro, you also give a project a budget in euros and you see the margin. Amounts are only visible to those who have the rights to them (see Roles and rights).
