Roles and rights
Owner, admin, project lead, employee. Who can do what?
Owner
- sees everything and can adjust everything;
- manages the subscription and the payment;
- can adjust the hours of any day as long as the month is open;
- reviews days that differ from the schedule and closes the month;
- must use two-step verification.
Admin
- manages teams, projects, planning, leave and settings, just like the owner;
- cannot take over the subscription and cannot appoint any other administrators (only the owner can do that);
- must also use two-step verification. Without two-step verification, an administrator has only the rights of an employee.
Project manager
- manages the projects for which he is the leader;
- can duplicate a billed project;
- sees never cost prices.
Employee
- records own hours and adjusts them on the day itself;
- sees their own schedule and their own hours;
- can mark tasks and projects they are part of as done.
Custom roles
On Pro, you create roles yourself with exactly the rights you want, for example who sees amounts, and you adjust the rights per person. On Team, you work with the four fixed roles above.
On Pro you can also give individual employees the right to create clients.
