Reopening a project
A completed project can be reopened, unless it has been invoiced.
- Completed but not invoiced: you can reopen the project.
- Invoiced: the project can never be reopened. That way the hours you invoiced stay correct.
Still need to keep working on an invoiced project? The owner or the project lead can duplicate. You then continue in a new project, and the invoiced hours stay untouched.
Marking projects as invoiced is possible on Pro.
